NutrActive Pricing:


ALL sessions are 1 hour and include fitness training combined with nutritional consultation.

- 1 session ..... $50/1 person
- 1 session ..... $75/2 people




Group Training Session:
-- Cost ..... $12 per individual
   (Minimum = 5 people; Max = 10 people)



NOTE: Laura trains women only on an individual basis. Husband/wife welcome to train together for the 2 person session fee ($75). Mom/child also welcome to train together at that fee. Group sessions are for women only.



Training sessions are done in a private fitness room.
